Stable

Had a chat with a mid-aged Canadian in Cambodia. We discussed what stable was. To me, stable means people just sit there and doing nothing in a company, of course, they get pay! He was quite surprised and said "It should be the other way round!'
It seems quite inspiring to me. Since my career index is zero, I always look for a 'stable' life. Not that challenging, everything is under control and I have to ensure I am capable with most of my duty.
After chatting with him, start thinking what I should do in my career. Should I be the other way round? How?















p.s. The food was good and the eatery is called 'IVY' :)
